The Belmont Fire Department is a combination full-time/on-call department that provides Advanced Life Support, Fire Suppression, Rescue, Fire Prevention, and Health and Fire Code Enforcement for the Town of Belmont.

Our department is comprised of a Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, and an Administrative Assistant who work Monday through Friday, 4 Full-time Lieutenants and 10 Full-time Firefighters who work 24 hour rotating shifts.  We also have 2 Call Lieutenants and 5 Call EMT’s and/or Firefighters who respond to calls.
