To work closely with Residents, Property and Business Owners, and Prospective Developers to provide an efficient and effective process whereby property proposals can be evaluated within the guidelines of applicable Ordinances and Regulations. To promote a fair, consistent and pleasant atmosphere in which customers may obtain assistance.
This notice is posted in accordance with RSA 674:39-aa. Any involuntarily merged lots may be restored to premerger status upon the owner's request. Notice shall remain posted through December 31, 2016.
