Commercial Dumpster required for businesses and multi-family dwelling units
Attention Business Owners and Multi-Family Units (in excess of 3) – In accordance with the Town’s Solid Waste Ordinance you are required to have a commercial dumpster. It has been brought to the Town’s attention that there has been some misuse of our Curbside Collection program and commercial waste is being collected curbside. We have notified our vendor, Casella, that our ordinance does not allow for the collection of commercial waste and we have asked them to educate their drivers not to collect from businesses and multi-family units. If you are a commercial business or you have tenants in a multi-family building (in excess of 3), please comply with the ordinance and avoid a violation. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
